Jaylene Matser is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources. Currently serving as HR Business Partner and Manager Recruitment at Customs Support Group since August 2020, Jaylene has successfully established the recruitment department and strategies across the Netherlands and Europe, hiring employees at all levels. Prior experience includes roles as a Consultant in Oil & Gas at Progressive GE and Corporate Recruiter at EMTV, alongside earlier positions in HR and as a Graduate Intern at BAM Bouw en Techniek. Jaylene holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and an HR-adviseur degree from NCOI Opleidingen.
