Mario Matulich is the President and Managing Director of the Customer Management Practice, a role held since 2022. With a robust background in market research, product development, sales, and operations, Mario has demonstrated leadership in various industry verticals. Prior to their current position, they served as Sales Director for The Americas at IQPC from 2007 to 2014 and as Managing Director at the Customer Management Practice from 2014 to 2021. Mario's early career included a stint as a Minor League Baseball player with the Cleveland Guardians in 2004-2005. They continue their education at Chaminade High School.
