Ian Luck has a diverse range of experience in marketing and business analysis. Ian was most recently the VP of Global Marketing at CustomerGauge, a software-as-a-service platform that helps companies improve customer experience. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Demand Generation Marketing at CustomerGauge, where they developed the marketing department and drove record logos with multi-channel marketing programs. Ian also founded Marketing Strategy and The Luck Agency, where they helped clients generate demand through strategic campaigns and marketing automation frameworks. Earlier in their career, they served as a Retention Marketing Manager at both CIT and NutraClick, where they generated significant revenue and increased customer engagement. Ian also worked as a Senior Business Analyst at VSAC and as a Financial Services Intern at Merrill Lynch. Ian's experience includes managing teams, driving revenue, and implementing successful marketing initiatives.
Ian Luck obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Ithaca College. Ian attended the college from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, Ian attended Kimball Union Academy for their high school education from 2002 to 2003. Ian also holds a certification as a Hubspot Inbound Certified professional, which they obtained in May 2014 from HubSpot.
