Adam Dorrell

Adam Dorrell has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Adam is the CEO and Co-Founder of CustomerGauge, a SaaS solution that helps organizations improve customer experience and monetize the use of Net Promoter. Adam has been with CustomerGauge since its establishment in 2006.

Aside from CustomerGauge, Adam is a Founder Member of CPG Experience Council, starting in 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Adam held positions in various companies. In 2006, they worked at Philips as a D2C (Direct to consumer) Online Sales Consultant, where they helped build an e-commerce platform, combat online fraud, and enhance competence with Net Promoter Score. At Sony, they served as the Director of Direct Sales Sony Style Europe and held the role of Director. Adam also worked at Interwoven as Interim Marketing Director, Avaya as a Director, FairMarket as a Marketing Director, Dell as a Marketing Manager, Digital Equipment as a Marketing Manager for Workstations, and Morse as a Marketing Manager.

These experiences have provided Adam with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various aspects of business, marketing, and customer experience.

Adam Dorrell attended the University of West London from 1990 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended Haberdashers' Boys' School from 1976 to 1983. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained a certification in CustomerGauge using Net Promoter® from CustomerGauge in August 2015.
