Dawn B. Clarke is an experienced operations manager currently working at Coho, an ERM Group company, since December 2021. Previously, Clarke held the position of office manager at Coho (formerly CustomerFirst Renewables) from February 2015 to December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as project manager and project director at BETAH Associates, Inc., where significant contributions included overseeing the National Library of Medicine's DIRLINE database and managing a successful information clearinghouse project for family-planning clinics. Clarke also managed projects at Aspen Systems Corporation and MAXHEALTH and held various positions at Rii, demonstrating a strong background in project management, operational efficiency, and quality assurance. Clarke holds a Master of Arts degree in Organizational/Health Communications from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The College of Wooster.
