Tamara Miller, PMP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and consulting. Since August 2016, Tamara has held various leadership roles at Customer Value Partners (CVP), currently serving as Vice President and Executive Director. Previous experience includes a Senior Program Manager position at PayPal and a Principal Business Consultant role at Aquilent, where Tamara directed the HealthCare.gov program for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Earlier in Tamara's career, roles at TeleCommunication Systems encompassed various technical and managerial positions, while contracts with Advanced Technology Systems and CGI Group involved significant contributions to projects for the U.S. government, including the HUD and IRS. Tamara holds an M.S. in Information and Software Engineering from The George Washington University and a BBA in Marketing from James Madison University.
