David Jochelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and finance. Currently serving as a Manager at CVP since May 2022, David previously held multiple roles at Streamlines Operations, specializing in process improvement from 2020 to May 2022. As the Director of Grants Management at the National Alliance for Hispanic Health from June 2021 to February 2022, David managed a $15M portfolio of grant programs, enhancing efficiency and communication to optimize program impact. Prior to that, as Associate Director of Programs and Finance at FHI 360 from 2011 to December 2019, David oversaw a $5M project portfolio and played a key role in grant evaluation projects. David¡¯s earlier experience includes various positions at the Academy for Educational Development, contributing to financial management and data collection for numerous grants. David holds a Bachelor¡¯s degree in International Studies focusing on Conflict Resolution from the School for International Training, and an Associate¡¯s degree in Arts from Dallas College.
