Penny Pun has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Penny began their career as an Account Servicing Intern at MRM//McCann in 2007. Penny then worked as a Marketing Communications Coordinator at Christian Dior Couture from 2007 to 2009. Following that, Penny served as a Radio Producer-Presenter at Safra Radio from 2009 to 2010.
In 2010, Penny joined Rolex as an Advertising & Communications Executive and later became a Brand Manager (Tudor) from 2011 to 2012. Penny then worked as a Marketing Communications Manager at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts from 2012 to 2013. Penny returned to Christian Dior Couture as an Assistant Public Relations Manager from 2013 to 2014 and transitioned to become an Assistant Marketing Communications Manager from 2014 to 2016.
During their freelance period starting in 2015, Penny worked as a Dance Instructor. Penny later joined Demio as a Customer Support Specialist from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, they briefly worked as a Customer Support Specialist at HubSpot. Currently, Penny is employed as a Technical Support Engineer at Customer.io, starting in 2022.
Penny Pun completed their education with a diploma in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, which they pursued from 2002 to 2005. Later on, they attended Monash University from 2006 to 2008 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in Communications.
