Ankita Bhattarai is a professional with experience in customer success and contract management. Currently serving as a Premium Contract Specialist at Customer.io since January 2023, Ankita previously held the position of Customer Success Manager at Electricity Workers Multipurpose Financial Cooperative from June 2020 to July 2022, where responsibilities included educating customers on a mobile banking app, managing ERP database software, and providing comprehensive customer support.
