Georgia Nelson is an accomplished corporate director with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a corporate director for Independent since 1997 and as a director at Custom Truck One Source and Ball Corporation, Georgia chairs the Compensation Committee and the Human Resources Committee, respectively. Previous positions include director roles at Cummins Inc., Sims Limited, TransAlta, CH2M, Graycor, NICOR Inc., and Tower Automotive, where leadership in various committees, including Risk, Talent Management, and Governance, has been demonstrated. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BS in Business from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
