Brad Patton is an experienced professional in operations and rental management, currently serving as the Director of Rental Operations at Custom Truck One Source since March 2018. Previously, Brad held the position of Chief Operating Officer at KIPP KC and served as Region Manager of Operations at Hertz Equipment Rental, overseeing full P&L responsibilities and managing a team of 130 across multiple locations. Notable expertise includes talent development, business growth initiatives, and strategic operations management, particularly in the areas of greenfield growth, mergers and acquisitions, and international market development in China.
