Anna Bergeson began their work experience in 2004 at the City of Grandview as a License Clerk I. Anna was responsible for data entry at various levels and trained new and existing employees within the Finance department. Anna also managed the department's social media outlets and took on additional responsibilities throughout the department. In 2012, Anna was promoted to License Clerk II and continued their work until 2015. In December 2015, they joined Custom Truck One Source as a Lead Title Administrator.

Anna Bergeson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2013 to 2015. Currently, they are pursuing a field of study in Legal Assistant/Paralegal at Johnson County Community College starting in 2022.
