Daniel Malpass is an experienced professional in customer experience and relationship management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience at Custom Fleet since August 2010. In this role, Daniel expanded responsibilities to oversee the Fleet Partnership Solutions Team and the Relationship Management Team. Prior positions at Custom Fleet include Director of Relationship Management and Southern Regional Manager, where Daniel managed corporate sales teams and fostered relationships with corporate and government clients.
