Steve Naeher is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in HVAC systems. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Custom Air Products & Services, Inc. since August 2018, Steve has previously held the role of Vice President of Engineering at DWD International, LLC from December 2014 to August 2018. Prior to that, Steve worked as Lead HVAC at Jacobs Engineering for over 12 years and also served in a similar capacity at Aker Kvaerner from February 1990 to October 2003.
