Joe Douglas, AAI, ARM, is an experienced risk management and human resources professional with a comprehensive background in various industries, including real estate, transportation, construction, and finance. Currently serving as Risk Manager and Human Resources Manager at Sage Partners Real Estate Solutions since August 2016, Joe oversees HR and risk management for a rapidly growing commercial real estate firm. In addition, Joe has been managing risk for Hunt Ventures since October 2009, where responsibilities encompass a diverse portfolio of companies. Prior roles include Account Manager at Regions Financial Corporation, responsible for a significant book of commercial accounts, and Sr. Claims Analyst at State Farm Insurance, focused on claim management and insurance contract interpretation. Joe holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Arkansas and several professional designations, including Commercial Property & Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, and Accredited Advisor in Insurance.
