The Finance and Administration team at the Commerce Undergraduate Society is responsible for managing the society’s financial resources, overseeing budgeting and expenditure, and ensuring compliance with administrative policies. They support human resources functions, manage staff and volunteer engagement, and streamline operational processes to enhance efficiency. Additionally, they provide critical financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making and help facilitate successful events and programs for members.
