Daniela Lima has extensive experience in human resources and marketing, currently serving as Head of HR at Cury Construtora since August 2019. Prior to this role, Daniela held various positions at Flexform from May 2006 to June 2019, including Manager of Marketing, where responsibilities included overseeing market intelligence and e-commerce strategy. Daniela also served as HR Manager, where a comprehensive implementation of HR subsystems took place, alongside leading a cultural transformation initiative within the organization. Additional roles at Flexform and earlier at Escritório Contabilidade Tupã involved substantial management of payroll and HR functions. Daniela holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Executive Marketing from ESPM and an MBA in People Management from FGV, along with a Bachelor's degree in Law and a Bachelor's in Mathematics.
