Carolina Balby is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in labor law and legal management, currently serving as Coordenadora Jurídica at Cury Construtora since November 2018. Carolina oversees the national legal landscape, managing a substantial workload of approximately 1,600 administrative and judicial cases. Previous positions include Senior Lawyer roles at Gafisa and TOTVS, and Legal Manager positions at Lopes & Castelo Sociedade de Advogados and Braspress Transportes Urgentes. Carolina is skilled in strategic decision-making, legal compliance, labor relations, and prevention of labor lawsuits, complemented by advanced education, including an MBA in Human Development Neuroscience from IPOG and a Bachelor’s in Law from Universidade Federal do Pará.
