Sundev Pabla has extensive work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Sundev has worked in various companies, starting with BAE Systems as a Graduate Systems Engineer, where they developed algorithms for the Fox Hunter Radar and worked on upgrading detection algorithms. Sundev then moved to Selex, where they served as a Systems Engineer and later as a Senior Systems Engineer. In these roles, they focused on systems modeling and project management, including managing the Modelling activities of the Synthetic Environment Facility. Next, Sundev worked at MBDA Ltd as a Principal Engineer before joining Lockheed Martin UK. At Lockheed Martin, they held multiple roles, including Software Engineer and Scrum Master on the Vehicles IRAD program and Software Engineer on the Scout SV and WCSP Project. Currently, they are employed at Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions as a Software Development Engineer, Principle, and Software Team Lead, where they lead a team of Embedded Software Engineers and is responsible for delivering software for various video products and management systems. Sundev Pabla has a diverse education history. Sundev obtained a BEng (Hons) degree in Engineering Science Technology from Loughborough University in 2000. In 2001, they completed a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) focused on Secondary Mathematics and Science from the same university. Prior to this, they attended Thomas Telford School from 1994 to 1996, where they studied A-levels in Maths, Chemistry, and Physics. In 2013 to 2015, they pursued further education at Learning Tree International, specializing in Agile Software Development and obtaining a certification as a Certified Specialist. In 2017, they attended scrum.org and completed the Professional Scrum Master 1 program.
