Helen Parker has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Curtiss-Wright Corporation since June 2016, Helen has also held the role of Lead in the same department. Prior to this, Helen worked as a Senior Consultant at Hays from September 2010 to June 2016 and managed the Apprentice Scheme Training at McDonald's from July 2008 to August 2010. Helen holds a 2:1 BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from Leeds Beckett University, completed in 2010.
