Rod Evans is the Founder and Principal of The Ideas Factory Australia, a consultancy focused on fostering breakthrough ideas for organizations since 2013. In addition to this role, Rod serves as a Sessional Academic at Curtin University, teaching business strategy in the MBA program and was recognized with a Teaching Excellence Award in 2019. Rod holds chair positions at Cranecorp Australia and Ashburton Assurance Australasia, overseeing operations in the crane hire and certification sectors respectively. Rod has held various roles, including Non-Executive Director at Harvest Technology Group, Advisory Chairman at Dowsing Group, and Director of Strategy and Development at Neptune Marine Services. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from Curtin University, alongside a Bachelor of Economics from Monash University.
