Pam Spencer currently serves as the Manager of Diversity Inclusion & Belonging at Curtin University, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of the associated strategy alongside a job-share partner. Prior to this role, Pam was the Senior Organisational Development Specialist at Murdoch University, focusing on employee wellbeing and culture change projects. Earlier experience includes the position of Organisational Development Manager at Bankwest, where Pam managed diversity and inclusion initiatives, and a tenure at National Australia Bank, contributing to the development of a comprehensive diversity strategy. Pam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations and Politics from The University of Western Australia.
