Jonathan Pillai is an experienced academic and creative professional with a strong background in animation, game design, and interactive media. Currently serving as a University Lecturer at Curtin University since November 2018, Jonathan leads the Animation & Game Design program. Additionally, Jonathan holds the position of Deputy Director and Course Manager for Game Design & Development at Temasek Polytechnic, where responsibilities include lecturing on interactive media topics. With a history of roles at prestigious institutions such as the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as a Visiting Academic and Creative Director at BTS, Jonathan has cultivated expertise in motion graphics, 3D animation, and interaction design. Jonathan's educational background includes a Master's in Education from The University of Sheffield and a BA (Hons) in Multimedia Arts from Middlesex University.
