Aditi Varma is an experienced professional in the energy sector with a strong background in market reform and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as a Market Specialist at the Economic Regulation Authority and a Senior Director of Reform Implementation for the Northern Territory Government, Aditi is actively involved in implementing electricity sector reforms. Previous roles include Regulatory Compliance Manager at Western Power, Assistant Director Wholesale Markets and Future Market Design and Operations at Energy Policy WA, and Assistant Director at the Department of Treasury WA, where contributions to the Wholesale Electricity Market reform program were significant.
