Sarah Katsandres is an experienced public health professional currently serving as a Research Associate at Curta since June 2023. Previously, Sarah worked as an Epidemiologist at The Connecticut Emerging Infections Program at the Yale School of Public Health, conducting active surveillance for various respiratory viruses and analyzing data on hospitalization risks. Sarah also held the position of Graduate Teaching Fellow at Yale School of Public Health, assisting in the instruction of master's and doctorate-level epidemiology courses. Additional experience includes roles as a Viral Respiratory Disease Surveillance Intern at Yale, Regulatory Coordinator at Yale University, and Research Project Manager at UW Medicine, among others. Sarah holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology of Microbial Diseases from Yale School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Santa Clara University.
