Whitney Hawkins is an experienced education professional with a robust background in instructional coaching, school partnerships, and talent development. Currently serving at Curriculum Associates in Learning and Development since December 2020, Whitney also works as an Instructional Coach for BetterLesson, providing professional development to school districts. Previous roles include Director of School Partnerships at Teach For America, where Whitney developed talent matching models for Nashville and Chattanooga, and Resident School Leader at Strive Collegiate Academy, leading a successful instructional team. With earlier experience as a Manager of Teacher Leadership and Development at Teach For America and an English Language Teacher at Hunters Lane High School, Whitney has consistently implemented innovative curriculum strategies and effective teacher training sessions. Whitney holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from DePauw University and furthered education at Relay Graduate School of Education.
