Tiffany Herd, MEd, SHRM SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Currey & Company, overseeing all HR initiatives including recruitment, training, and employee relations since June 2022. Previously, Tiffany held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Wellstar Health System, where responsibilities included managing HR operations in a multidisciplinary hospital environment. Other notable roles include Senior Human Resources Consultant at Kennestone Regional Medical Center and Interim Human Resources Manager at Windy Hill Hospital. Tiffany has also shared expertise as an Instructor at the College of Professional Education at KSU and served as Associate Director at Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. With a solid foundation in talent acquisition and strategic HR practices, Tiffany's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Tennessee and a Master's degree in Adult Education from The University of Georgia. Additionally, Tiffany holds a Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification.
