Harvey Bauer is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in general contracting and project management across various sectors, including multifamily, hospitality, and land development. Currently serving as General Superintendent at Coastal Construction Company since March 2024, Harvey has held similar roles at Current Builders, Verdex Construction, and Emerald Construction Corp., where Harvey successfully managed award-winning projects such as luxury multifamily developments and hospitality establishments. In previous positions, including Vice President of Operations at Century Communities and Vice President of Construction at Innovative Holdings, Harvey demonstrated expertise in site operations management, project scheduling, and budget creation. Harvey holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, earned between 1979 and 1983.
