Mitch Roberson has extensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems. Mitch is currently working as the VP of IT Infrastructure at CURO Financial Technologies Corp, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Enterprise Systems at the same company from June 2017 to August 2021. Before joining CURO Financial Technologies Corp, they worked at Microsoft as a Premier Field Engineer from April 2012 to April 2014, where they provided onsite technical support and advanced troubleshooting for Lync and Exchange. Mitch also conducted training for customers and internal support staff. Earlier in their career, Mitch Roberson worked at Alexander Open Systems and SKT in various roles, including VP of Microsoft Practice, Design Architect, Systems Engineer, and Architect. Mitch also had a stint as an Information Technology Manager at Total Security, where they managed network security and upgraded IT infrastructure. Overall, Mitch Roberson has a diverse range of experience in IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, and technical support across multiple industries.

Mitch Roberson graduated from Southwestern College in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science. Mitch has also obtained several certifications from Microsoft, including MCSA: Windows Server 2012 in 2014, MCSM: Charter - Messaging in 2013, MCITP Lync 2010 in 2011, Microsoft Certified Master Exchange 2010 in 2011, MCITP Enterprise Administrator, MCITP Enterprise Messaging Administrator (2010), and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
