Katie Schembri is an experienced quality systems professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Systems Analyst and previously as a Senior Quality Engineer at Curium Pharma since 2017, Katie has been instrumental in managing deviations, Out of Specifications (OOS), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and change controls in quality control laboratories. Prior roles include Senior Quality Engineer at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included managing stability programs for both radioactive and non-radioactive products, and Quality Assurance Manager at Dynalabs, overseeing quality systems and external audits. Earlier in the career, Katie held positions as Senior Laboratory Manager/Stability Coordinator and Chemist III, focusing on laboratory management and analytical method development. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Truman State University, obtained in 2006.
