Oyendri Kar is a Senior Legal Counsel at Curia since July 2023, specializing in the review and negotiation of confidentiality and service agreements while directly engaging with stakeholders. Prior to this role, Oyendri served as a Legal Associate at QuisLex from December 2021 to July 2023, focusing on e-discovery and document review as well as NDA and MSA negotiations. Additionally, Oyendri worked as a Legal Advisor at FastInfo Legal Services Pvt. Ltd. from November 2020 to November 2021. Oyendri holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from S.K. Acharya Institute of Law and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Business Law from Amity University, complemented by education at Convent of Jesus and Mary and St. Marys English School.
