Abhilash ("A-B") Nair, MBA, GPHR®, SPHR-SCP has over 20 years of work experience in various human resources roles. Abhilash is currently the Global Head of Human Resources at CureMD - Healthcare, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Conduent as the HR Director for Strategy, Workforce Management, People Analytics, and Special Projects from January 2017 to September 2020. At Conduent, they played a key role in offering digital platforms and services to businesses and governments. Before that, they were the Head of HR for North America at Brillio from September 2013 to December 2016. During their time at Brillio, Abhilash demonstrated their expertise in leadership development and designed innovative hiring methodologies. Abhilash also spent nine years at Infosys as a Senior Manager - Business Partner HR, where they managed performance management frameworks and led talent competency development initiatives. Abhilash started their career at GE Capital as a Senior Officer, focusing on talent acquisition, strategy, and manpower planning. Abhilash'swork experience showcases their extensive knowledge and expertise in human resources management.

Abhilash ("A-B") Nair, MBA, GPHR®, SPHR-SCP has an extensive education history. Abhilash holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in HR & System from Osmania University, which they obtained from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Science with a focus on Electronics from Osmania University from 1995 to 1998. Abhilash also has a Higher Secondary degree in MBPC from Kendriya Vidyalaya, which they obtained from 1993 to 1995.

In terms of further education, Abhilash has pursued several certificate courses. In 2023, they completed a Certificate Course in Persuasive Communication from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Investment Strategies from Columbia Business School. Starting from 2020, they pursued multiple certificate programs related to analytics. Abhilash completed a Certificate in People Analytics, Accounting Analytics, Customer Analytics, and Operation Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition to their educational qualifications, Abhilash has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional expertise. Abhilash obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the SHRM in January 2015. In December 2012, they obtained the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Abhilash also holds the Targeted Selection Interviewer Trainer certification from DDI | Development Dimensions International, which they obtained in February 2011. Lastly, they obtained the 6 Sigma Green Belt certification from GE Capital in November 2003.
