Abdul Hannan has a diverse work experience. Abdul started their career at CureMD in 2008 as a Client Services Manager. Abdul then progressed to become the Head of Customer Success in December 2017 and is currently serving as the Director of Customer Success starting from May 2022. Alongside their responsibilities at CureMD, Abdul is also the Owner of Perma Farms.

Abdul Hannan holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of the Punjab. Abdul has also obtained various certifications, including Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and Certified Agile Leadership for Orgs (CAL-O), from the Scrum Alliance. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM, Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER, Change Management Foundations, Developing Credibility as a Leader, Leading through Relationships, Transitioning from Manager to Leader, Business Development: Strategic Planning, Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, and Project Management: Solving Common Project Problems from LinkedIn.
