Shalabh Singawne is currently the Head of Strategy & Planning at cure.fit (cult.fit) since April 2022. Prior to this role, Shalabh served as an Associate Partner at Bain & Company from July 2012 to April 2022, specializing in Industrial Goods and Services, Private Equity, E-commerce and Consumer Technology, Healthcare, and Retail. Shalabh gained initial industry experience as a Summer Intern at Standard Chartered Bank in 2011, which led to a full-time role offer. Earlier work includes serving as a Commissioning Engineer at Indian Oil Corporation Limited from August 2008 to June 2010, overseeing the commissioning and operations of a EURO-IV grade petrol producing ISOM Unit. Shalabh holds a PGP in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
