Pamela Milburn has a diverse work experience that spans over several decades. Pamela started their career at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, in 1994 and held various roles in network management and operations until 2012. Pamela then took on the position of Executive Director for National Contract Policy and Administration from 2017 to 2020. In 2020, they became an Associate Vice President for Behavioral Health National Network and held this role until December 2022.

In 2023, Milburn joined Path as the Vice President of Payer Partnerships, followed by a role at Chief as a Member. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Network Development at Curative. Additionally, Milburn gained experience outside of the healthcare industry as a Custodial Cast Member at Disney Sports/ESPN Wide World of Sports.

Pamela Milburn has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Pamela also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Our Lady of the Lake University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in "Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development" from Wharton Executive Education and "Emerging Women Executives in Health Care" from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, both in the year 2023.
