Dustin Duncan, RN CCM, currently serves as the Director of Case Management at AllyAlign Health since June 2022, overseeing case management operations. Previously, Dustin held the position of Director of Clinical Health Services at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, from January 2012 to June 2022, leading care management, utilization management, and disease management across various lines of business, including commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Aspen University (2020-2022), an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Registered Nursing from New Mexico State University-Alamogordo (2000-2005), and a Bachelor of Arts from New Mexico State University (1997-2003).
