Jillian Panagakos is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in energy engineering and project management. Currently serving as the Product Manager for the Energy Data Lab at the CUNY Building Performance Lab since June 2023, Jillian previously held roles including Senior Energy Engineer at Harris Energy Solutions LLC and Energy Data Lab Program Manager at CUNY BPL. Notable achievements include overseeing energy data analysis and tool development, conducting whole-facility energy analyses, and co-authoring municipal energy consumption reports for New York City. Jillian has also served as a Fellow at the National Institute of Standards and Technology and has contributed to environmental assessments with the US Environmental Protection Agency. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering Technology from Macaulay Honors College at CUNY, Jillian combines technical expertise with leadership experience in various projects and internships.
