Previously, Krystal held the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at PurposeCare, where strategies for HR operations were developed to enhance efficiency in a startup environment. As a Human Resources Business Partner at Recovery Centers of America, Krystal provided strategic direction for HR initiatives and fostered relationships with management. Krystal's earlier roles included Vice President of Human Resources and Quality Assurance at Tangram, Inc., where compliance and risk management were key responsibilities, and Director of Compliance at Harrison College, leading regulatory activities across multiple campuses.
