Scott Herbert is a trial attorney with extensive experience in defending hospitals and health professionals against malpractice lawsuits as a Shareholder at Cunningham Meyer & Vedrine since July 2003. Previously, Scott served as an Assistant State's Attorney in the Felony Trial Division and Internet Task Force at the Kane County State's Attorney's Office from July 2001 to July 2003, and as an Assistant State's Attorney at the Cook County State's Attorney's Office from 1997 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology (1993-1996) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa (1989-1993).
