Andy Kellermann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT support and desktop services, currently serving as an Associate in the Help Desk Tier 2 role at Cuningham since September 2006. Andy has played a key leadership role in training Desktop Support staff and enhancing customer service skills within the AEC industry. Previous positions at Cuningham, including Desktop Services Lead and Desktop Support Technician, involved direct support for end-users and management of mobility accounts. Prior experience includes an IS Support Technician role at HealthEast and participation in the Spring Jam program at the University of Minnesota. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Design from the University of Minnesota.
