Sonal Gupta is an experienced professional in the field of manufacturing and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Digital Twin Product Manager at Cummins Inc. since July 2010, where responsibilities include developing and implementing a global Digital Twin strategy. Previous roles at Cummins include Critical Initiatives Leader and Continuous Improvement Leader, focusing on digital transformation and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to Cummins, Sonal held positions such as Project Assistant at ITW Ramset, where contributions included the development of a Kanban production scheduling system, and at the University of Kentucky, where strategies for enhancing the Department of Defense's manufacturing performance were developed. Sonal holds a Master’s degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from DAVV, IET.
