Satish Mulay has over three decades of extensive experience in human resources and industrial relations. Currently serving as Director - HR at Cummins India Limited since June 2005, Satish oversees HR functions and industrial relations for 2,800 employees at the Kothrud location. Prior to this role, Satish held the position of GM - HR at Tata Auto-Plastics LTD, managing various HR aspects for over seven and a half years. Satish also served as Sr. Manager - Personnel and Admin at Sulzer India Ltd, leading HR, industrial relations, and security across a nationwide organization, and started as Officer - IR at Bajaj Tempo Limited, where significant contributions were made to establish the IR department for a new green-field project. Satish holds a Master's degree in Personnel Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, focusing on HR, industrial relations, and industrial psychology.
