Kweku Fin Winful is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations and services management across various companies. Currently serving as Executive Director for DBU & NRP at Cummins Inc., Kweku's previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Congo Equipment and Senior Services Director at GE Transportation. Kweku demonstrated strong leadership as General Manager for Metso in West and North Africa and has held multiple managerial positions at Cummins Inc., including Aftermarket General Manager. Kweku began a career in service operations at Mantrac Ghana Limited and contributed to academic research at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. Kweku holds a Master of Letters from the University of St Andrews, an MBA in Operations Management, and several professional certifications, including Six Sigma and Project Management Professional.
