Brett Merritt serves as President of the Engine Business at Cummins Inc. since November 2009, overseeing one of the company's five segments that designs and manufactures power solutions for both on-highway and off-highway commercial and industrial customers, which includes a workforce of over 15,000 and generates more than $11 billion in revenue. Prior to this role, Brett held various leadership positions within Cummins, including Vice President of the On-Highway Engine Business and General Manager roles across different sectors. Brett's previous experience includes serving as President and General Manager at Columbus Components Group, Plant Manager at Valspar, and New Product Development/Account Manager at ArvinMeritor. Brett holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Biology and Liberal Arts Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
