Most recently Adams served as Vice President, Strategic Initiatives where her unique global skills positioned her well to drive several strategic growth initiatives for Cummins. Prior to this, she led Cummins Emission Solutions (CES), the largest of the business units in our Components segment. Under Adamsā leadership, CES experienced tremendous growth and brought significant innovation to the market while maintaining a strategic focus on customers.
Adams earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University (USA) and a master's degree in management from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (USA). Amy and her husband currently reside in Indianapolis, Indiana (USA) but are planning to relocate to Mississauga, Canada, where Hydrogenics is based, in the coming months.
