Manuel Gutierrez Frausto is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction and project management sector. Currently, at Cumming Group since March 2022, Manuel oversees post-occupancy projects for Amazon workspaces, managing RFPs and RTAs. Prior to this role, Manuel managed a significant manufacturing facility project for Intuitive Surgical at Newmark México, handling a core and shell building and clean rooms over a vast area. Experience also includes leadership roles at Alberici Constructors and M+W Group, where comprehensive management of industrial and commercial facilities was executed. Manuel's foundation in civil engineering was established at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering was obtained.
