Javier Vaca Terron is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various companies in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as CEO of CUMBRA since January 2018, Javier previously held senior positions such as General Manager and Regional Manager at Grupo Graña y Montero, and Regional Manager for Southern Cone in LATAM at OHLA. With a strong foundation in business development and project management, Javier reorganized operations at FCC Servicios Ciudadanos as Senior Manager for Business Development and has demonstrated leadership as CEO and Managing Director at Eductrade, and COO at Assignia Infraestructuras. Javier's academic background includes a Master Executive MBA from IESE Business School and specialized management programs from the Universidad de Piura, complemented by a degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
