Cathy Martin is an accomplished professional in Human Resources with over two decades of extensive experience. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Cumberland Trust since September 2023, Cathy previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at medSR from September 2013 to September 2023. Prior to that, Cathy worked as an HR/HRIS Consultant from June 2012 to September 2013, and at Sitel from September 2000 to June 2012. At Sitel, Cathy progressed through various roles, including Sr Manager of HRIS Services and Training, where oversight of an eight-member HRIS team was a key responsibility. In addition, Cathy managed HR audits and payroll administration training as an HR Manager. Cathy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management. Certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
