Claire Irizarry has extensive experience in human resources spanning over two decades. Claire began their career as a Human Resources Manager at The New York Botanical Garden in 1996, where they worked until 2004. Claire then joined Kerns Manufacturing Corp. as a Human Resources Manager for three years. In 2008, they worked as a Human Resources Manager-Consultant at Industrial Acoustics Company, and later that year, they joined Cumberland Packing Corp. as a Sr. Director of Human Resources.

Claire Irizarry holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Utah State University.
