Heidi Parnin has over a decade of experience in the poultry industry, currently serving as the Corporate Vet Services Manager, as well as holding roles in Animal Welfare & Biosecurity and Live Operations, at Culver Duck Farms, Inc. since November 2016. Prior to this, Heidi worked at Miller Poultry from November 2011 to September 2016 as a Broiler Technician and Production Supervisor, managing a diverse workforce in the processing area. Additional experience includes CNC programming and operation at Angola Wire from July 2010 to November 2011, and a Production Supervisor role at Alcoa Automotive from 1998 to 2001. Heidi holds an Associate's Degree in Quality/Business Management from Ivy Tech Community College-Fort Wayne and has also attended the University of Saint Francis.
